Branding & Copyright/IP Policy

All branding and creative assets developed under our contracts are IP of the client, once paid in full, unless otherwise stated.

JaySquare retains rights to showcase anonymized versions of creative work in its portfolio, unless NDA-bound.

We do not use copyrighted third-party materials without a valid license or written consent.

AI-generated content (where used) will be transparently flagged and ethically sourced.

Data Retention

We retain campaign data, ad performance, and lead-gen reports for 12 months after project completion unless the client requests deletion earlier.

Archived materials are deleted upon written request or automatically after 12 months unless required for legal/tax documentation.

Remote Workplace Policy (For Employees/Freelancers)

We operate fully remote across time zones, but within clear deliverable timelines.

Core communication window: 11 AM – 6 PM GST, Mon–Fri.

Work devices must be password-protected, and files stored on company-approved platforms only.

Performance > Presence. We don’t do camera policing—we do client pleasing.
